This Privacy Policy explains how the Hymdral mobile application ("Hymdral", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using Hymdral you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and phone number, used to create and secure your account and to send a one-time verification code (OTP) by SMS.
• Content you provide — for sellers, the photos and details of discounts you publish (camera and photo library access is used only when you choose to add an image).
• Location — approximate location, used only when you grant permission, to show nearby discounts.
• Invite link data — when you open a Hymdral invite link (hymdral.com/i/…) we temporarily record your IP address, device type and the invite code, solely to connect your app installation to the person who invited you. Separately, the first time you open the Hymdral app after installing it — while you are not yet signed in — the app sends your device's platform (iOS or Android) to our server, which compares the IP address of that request against invite-link visits from the previous 30 minutes to complete the same match. In both cases the IP address is used only for this one-time attribution check: these records are deleted automatically within 24 hours, are never used for advertising, and are never shared with any third party.
• Usage data — items you view, save, and follow, and basic diagnostic/app-performance data, used to operate and improve the service and to send relevant notifications.
• Purchase data — subscription and transaction records needed to provide premium features. Payment card details are never collected or stored by us.

How we use your information

• To provide the core service: showing discounts, saving favorites, and sending alerts.
• To manage your account, referrals, and any premium subscription you purchase.
• To send notifications you have opted into (new and expiring discounts).
• To maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse.

Subscriptions and payments

On iOS, a Premium subscription can be paid for with Apple In-App Purchase (managed via RevenueCat; auto-renews unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings), with QPay, or with your in-app wallet balance. On other platforms, a subscription can be paid for with QPay or your in-app wallet balance. We receive only the information needed to confirm a purchase and activate your subscription — never your full payment card details.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app (for example, payment and subscription processors, and SMS and infrastructure providers), and only as required to provide the service or to comply with the law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).

Your choices

• You can revoke camera, photo, location, and notification permissions at any time in your device settings.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children

Hymdral is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
